Beloved Church Family,
 
Grace and Peace to each of you.  I greet you today with joy and happiness as we proclaim the power and perfection of God Almighty.
 
We extend our prayers and deepest appreciation to the Holy Spirit for favoring us with His divine blessings.  Let’s give God all the glory, praise, and honor for protecting, providing, and preserving this fine institution. 

Over the years, from the beginning of this ministry up until this present time, Cross Road Missionary Baptist Church has been a symbol of righteousness, justice, and equality in the Verbena community and surrounding counties.  And, although I’ve only been with you for the past twelve (12) years, it has been an honor and a privilege to serve with you as co-laborers in Christ.   

To GOD be the glory for the great things He has done through us and for us – to bring us together on this day. In the “Season to Come”, God will require each of us to respond to His call of service and sacrifice.

Finally, Lady Gilder and I want to extend prayers and appreciation to the Cross Road Baptist Church family for your kindness.

Cross Road Missionary Baptist Church, where the living waters of Christ flow upon the souls of men, women, and children leaving a refreshing and renewed spirit of regeneration, vigor and joy.  Where GOD is magnified, Jesus is glorified, and the people of God are edified.
